This is a held space that is available to anyone who has attended a training course at STMTS and wishes to come along and practise their skills. The session will be lead by a teacher (or assistant teacher) who will open the class with a short warm up and mindfulness session, after which students will practise or revise their techniques on each other. (Please note the teacher is present for guidance only, this is not a taught class). Free to TYM Dip students 22/23. £20 to all other students and graduates.

Thai Hot Herbal Compress Massage (Luk Pra Kob) is a wonderfully warming treatment, perfect for this time of year, come and learn a skill that will make your friends or clients very happy this winter! The course is suitable for beginners and professionals alike.
You'll need two compresses, so please contact the organiser if you are not attending the "Make your own Compress Course" in the morning to arrange supply. Access to a steamer is ideal if possible.

We'll warm up with paired 'yoga for two', and then learn some great Thai massage techniques for the shoulders and upper back, including some Thai Yoga moves.
